SAWPA is located near the geographic center of the Santa Ana River Watershed, in the city of Riverside. STREET ADDRESS: GPS LATITUDE/LONGITUDE: THOMAS GUIDE PAGE: DRIVING DIRECTIONS. From the western portions of the watershed (Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Hemet/Lake Elsinore area, or the Chino/Ontario/Fontana area), take the 91 eastbound Freeway to the Pierce Street Exit. Turn right (south) onto Pierce Street. Go through the first light (Magnolia St.) and make the first left-hand turn (before the railroad crossing) onto Sterling Avenue. Follow the road through the light industrial park to the end of the road (a cul-de-sac), and you will see the sign for the SAWPA building at the end of the cul-de-sac. From the eastern portions of the watershed (Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, Moreno Valley, Perris), take the 91westbound through the city of Riverside, exit Magnolia Street. Follow the curve of the exit (turn right) onto Magnolia Street. At the first light, turn left (south) onto Pierce Street. Make the first left-hand turn (before the railroad crossing) onto Sterling Avenue. Follow the road through the light industrial park to the end of the road (a cul-de-sac), and you will see the sign for the SAWPA building at the end of the cul-de-sac. MAP.
