The following sampling and analysis plan (SAP) is presented to address the Forest Service’s agreed “in-lieu” contribution to the Lake Elsinore/Canyon Lake Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Task Force.
FY 2008 LE/CL TMDL Sampling Final
