The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) will receive sealed proposals until August 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Proposals must be received by SAWPA by the date and time herein above set forth. Late proposals shall be rejected.

A “mandatory” pre-proposal meeting and “mandatory” site visit have been scheduled for July 24, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at the SAWPA offices. (please see Addendum No.1 regarding the mandatory pre-proposal meeting)
